Tulip Festival
Yesterday Ellen and I went to Holland, MI for the annual Tulip Festival. We went to a place called Windmill Island where there is an authentic imported Dutch windmill and a miniature Dutch shopping center (where one can buy wooden shoes, of course). We were able to go on a tour of the windmill which is still used to grind flour. We also walked around town and saw lots of tulips and dancers wearing wooden shoes. It was pretty fun.

what a pretty picture both wife and flowers. is it a one day event? cool shot looking up at the windmill.
The festival lasts a week or two. I think it ended two days after we went.
